This database was prepared by David Vivian, Associate Professor, and Andrew Mestern, Production Manager (2007/08), under the direction of the Space Committee and with the input and consultation of all Faculty and Staff of the Department.  The Department Council moved to accept the Current Space Inventory and DART Preliminary Functional Needs Program as prepared by the Space Committee on January 29, 2008.

NIAGARA CENTRE FOR THE ARTS

 

 A Feasibility Study commissioned by the City of St. Catharines in partnership with Brock University was presented to City Council on December 8, 2008.  The objectives of the Study include assessing the relocation of the Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts into downtown St. Catharines, as well as partnering with the University’s Centre for the Arts to create an integrated arts facility that will include programming from, and additional facilities for, local arts groups and events.  Press Release Dated December 8, 2008.
